4. Confidentiality and client discretion

Enquiries, bookings and communications are treated as private and confidential.

Poker Riot will not publicly confirm that you have contacted, booked or attended an experience. We will not identify or tag you, publish photographs or recordings of you, disclose details of your experience, or use your comments as a testimonial without your permission.

Casinos and other venues may independently operate CCTV, security, membership and age-verification systems under their own privacy policies.

5. Who we share information with

Where necessary, we may use trusted:

  • website and email providers;
  • booking and payment providers;
  • casinos, venues and experience partners;

They receive only the information reasonably required for their role.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we will use recognised legal safeguards for international transfers.

We normally retain:

  • inactive enquiries for up to 12 months;
  • booking, invoice and payment records for up to six years;

We may retain a minimal suppression record to ensure that your marketing preference continues to be respected.

8. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies for security and basic functionality.

9. Security

We use proportionate safeguards intended to protect personal information, including access controls, password-protected systems, secure providers and limited access to client information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email.
